和平絲綢之路

一帶一路沿線，尤其是絲綢之路經濟帶沿線，面臨較為嚴重的恐怖主義、分裂主義和極端主義威脅，部分國家之間的關系較為緊張，時常伴有局部沖突，也有部分國家內部政局不穩。因此，破解地區動蕩局勢，維護地區和平穩定，對于“一帶一路”建設至關重要。2016年6月22日，習近平主席在烏茲別克斯坦最高會議立法院發表演講時提出，著力深化安保合作，踐行共同、綜合、合作、可持續的亞洲安全觀，推動構建具有亞洲特色的安全治理模式，攜手打造和平絲綢之路。和平絲綢之路包含兩個基本內涵：一是，“一帶一路”建設必須在相對和平的環境里進行；二是，“一帶一路”建設能促進地區和平穩定。以發展促和平促安全，這是中國提出的思路，也是被實踐證明很有成效的辦法。

China believes that development promotes peace and security, a conviction that has been borne out by experience.
